So I’m realizing that find an ab exercises for women on the internet seems to be extremely difficult. While I’ve been searching for a specific program for the ladies, I’ve been using this one during the mean time…and getting really good results.
Even though the program isn’t specifically for women, the guy who wrote it gives separate ab exercise tips for women along with some fantastic dieting advice. There’s even a list of foods that burn fat when you eat them!
