Ab Exercises for Women and Men

Hey gang,

So I’m realizing that find an ab exercises for women on the internet seems to be extremely difficult. While I’ve been searching for a specific program for the ladies, I’ve been using this one during the mean time…and getting really good results.

Even though the program isn’t specifically for women, the guy who wrote it gives separate ab exercise tips for women along with some fantastic dieting advice. There’s even a list of foods that burn fat when you eat them!

I don’t want to make this to long and drawn out…I grabbed some of the testimonials from people who’ve been successful (btw, there’s over 200,000 people following this program):

Ab Exercises for women at Home

Finding ab exercises geared for women is a pain. This gets even harder if you are an individual with no gymnasium or fitness center membership. Oftentimes you will find that you do not have sufficient time to go for long walks or do time consuming cardio exercises. However one thing that you can do at home is ab exercises. There are a million styles of sit ups. But some of the best sit ups will help you tone your abs faster than others.

The forward crunch is one of the best exercises you can do at home for your abs. You need to lie down on the floor to do this exercise. While lying on your back you should bring your legs up so that your knees are bent and keep both your feet are on the floor. Pull your body upwards while keeping your hands on your head. You only need to go a few inches off the ground to work your upper abs. This sit up is easy and one of the absolute best sit ups for your upper abs. You should do around three sets each containing around 8-12 reps. This sit up is easy to master unlike some of the other sit ups where form is essential. This is another factor as to why it is one of the best sit ups that you can do–its easy but works great :)

Another ab workout that you can easily do at home is the vertical leg crunch. This is the one of the best sit ups for your lower abs. To do this ab exercise you should lie down on the floor. I suggest you use a mat for comfort. Place your hands beside you or interlock your fingers behind your head. Then you should bend your knees and bring your feet towards your belly. Remember not to let your feet touch the floor when extending your feet after doing the crunch. Once again you should do around 8-12 reps per set and not more than 3 sets. You can add difficulty to this ab workout by cycling your legs like you’re riding a bike. For this exercise you should raise your legs and cycle your feet a certain number of times before relaxing. Start with a low number and work your way up–this one will kick your butt!

So there you have it. I don’t know that these are ab exercises for women exactly, but they are easy to learn and you can do them from the comfort of your home!

There are a lot of people trying to find out how to get killer 6 pack abs. The truth is that we all have killer six pack abs, unless of course, you sit around all day doing nothing, watching TV, playing video games and licking spilt mayonnaise off of your coach, then you just do not have great abs.

If you want to impress with your lean body, then the fastest way to see results is to use the right fitness tools. You can get all different pieces that you can use to start your own home gym. Even if you do not want to change a room in your home to a gym, you can still get some smaller items that will assist you when working out.

One of the ways that you can be sure you don’t give up on your new fitness routine is to start out with a home exercise program. You should get all the fitness equipment so that you can exercise effectively at home in your own time even if you go to a gym. When you are trying to get lean and toned and you are exercising a lot, you will need more carbohydrates and proteins, so choosing one of those low carb weight loss diets will not do you any good. You must eat more to lose weight at first, to get your metabolism going. You also need to eat every 3 or 4 hours so that your body does not think it is starving.

If you did not know it is the calories that your put into your body that forces your body to put out fat around your hips and stomach. This is why you need to be careful what you eat, because, as they say, you are what you eat, and that is no lie.

This post isn’t exactly about ab exercises for women, but its definitely related. In this day and age one’s health is a real issue that needs to be taken seriously. Especially here in America where obesity is a serious issue, you need to be more conscious of your health and well being. Another thing working against us is that most of us have desk jobs where all we do is work and eat junk food. This only exacerbates our health. This is why small convenient workouts can do a great deal in helping us reach more healthy goals. Workouts like 15 minute abs can go a long way in getting rid of that unwanted blubber across your midriff. Luckily the ab exercises specifically for women are easily accessible via the World Wide Web.

All things considered it is a known fact that you need to change your diet and also have a good fat reduction workout to help you get into shape.
